Summary of the Position:

Line Leaders act as the point of contact for production line workers and upper management.

Typical duties and responsibilities for Line Leaders include:

• Organizing and delegating tasks to production line workers
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet company and industry standards
• Training new staff on production line procedures and safety protocols
• Monitoring the production process and making necessary adjustments for efficiency
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained and functioning properly
• Implementing and upholding safety regulations and quality control measures
• Maintaining communication between management and production line workers
• Managing the production schedule and meeting production targets
• Reporting and resolving any issues or disruptions of the production process
• Documenting production data and maintaining accurate records
• Ordering supplies necessary for the production line

This is a 40 hour per week position. We staff our Production team Mondays through Saturdays with a rotating schedule of 10 hour shifts depending on order volume. All shifts are a standard work day shift, there are no night shifts.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 25-50lbs.
• Attention to Detail
• Quick Learner
• Works well with a Team
• 3 plus years of Line Leader experience
