Summary of the Position:
As the Executive Assistant, you’re going to help organize special projects and manage administrative tasks for the owner and other C-suite managers. This will include helping with administrative and sales support tasks, like preparing for customer visits or assisting with internal projects.
This will also include office administration tasks to help support upper management on a daily basis.
You will interface with customers, vendors, and contractors which will require a professional touch as well as a certain level of discretion.
This is a role that fluctuates day to day and should be ready to jump in and help wherever you’re needed.
