The Basics
Location: Warren, MI
Hours: 6:30am-4pm (must be able to work overtime)
Pay Rate: Starts at $20-21 an hour based on experience.

Summary of the position:
Provides pre-weigh tasks and actions of chemicals for batch compounding or raw material preparation.Will document measurements and as assigned according to formula varying from 1-gram to 3,000-pounds. Moves chemical or material by hand or forklift. May assist in the weighing/mixing of sanitizing agent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in the Weigh room department in a manufacturing environment
- Ensure procedures, protocols and policies are understood and followed
- Ensure all equipment activity and use logs are current and correct
- Material Handling is required to move materials in and out of departments
- Understand process instruction (batch sheets) and ensure you have a complete understanding of the weighing process
- Review approved completed batch weigh outs
- Labelling and dispatching of prepared products
- Measuring, weighing, and testing raw materials and finished goods for quality control.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the compounding areas to meet safety guidelines and regulations
- Effective communication with departmental leaders to understand priorities and timelines for client projects
