Facebook Marketing Manager – Full Time

Are you working for a marketing agency managing other brands Meta spend and you wish you had complete control of the marketing strategy? We’re looking for an experienced marketer to help manage our facebook spend and grow our suite of brands.

We manage a suite of brands in the personal care space and we’re looking for a marketer to lend their talent and experience to build the marketing strategy and manage the day to day spend. You’ll have complete control of the marketing direction of the brands.

Merit is a contract manufacturer that makes personal care products, cleaning products, and much more. We formulate, mix, bottle, and ship products for nationwide brands.

Merit is located in Sterling Heights, Michigan, where we have two facilities less than a mile apart. We’ve poured over 15 million products and served over 13 million end users. Our continued growth has forced us to move locations 3 times in the last 3 years, and while we don’t expect to need a new warehouse soon, we aren’t planning to slow down.

Summary of the Position:

Create and manage Facebook advertising strategy including micromanaging the daily marketing spend. Manage 3-4 different brands at one time, all within the personal care space. Leverage the unique marketing opportunities of these brands to grow sales through sometimes aggressive marketing spend limits.

We employ in house UGC managers responsible for sourcing new UGC content for marketing.

You will also get to be a part of developing new brands in the future as we grow.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily marketing spend
• Create Meta ads and campaigns
• Work with ecommerce team to develop new marketing collateral
• Grow brand sales

Qualifications:

• Experience managing Meta marketing
• Up to date and informed about new developments in social media strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Pay: Starts at $65,000/year
